This session is about how the software development life cycle is managed, We'll look at everything from concept to maintenance. We'll also talk about staffing. Have you always wondered what the secrets are to getting hired or hiring the right people? You'll definitely pick up some useful info at this meeting.
Aron has been a manager for years at a large corporation. He's managed lots of projects and been responsible for staffing them.
