6:20 - 7:30 Presentation - MythTV - Now in HD
MythTV is a free open source digital video recorder (DVR) project
distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL. It has been under heavy
development since 2002. It now contains most features one would expect
from a really good DVR. MythTV can also function as a server for all of
your digital content (TV, movies, audio, and pictures).
Lots of things have changed since the last presentation of this
technology in June 2006. High definition playback, choice of new
components, and over the air reception of digital signals will be some
of the topics covered in this presentation.
We will have at least 2 computers running MythTV to show its use as both
a server and a client.
7:30 - 8:00 Tech Talk - all you can eat :)
See you there,
Clinton Collins, President
