The 1st Quarter SFOUG meeting is set for March 26th, 2009 at our usual meeting venue Dave & Busters in Hollywood, Fl. Our educational presentations will be an overview of the Oracle Exadata Platform and the Oracle Learning Management application in the context of an integrated learning platform. You are invited to join us for an evening of education and fun.

Databricks Contributes Spark Declarative Pipelines to Apache Spark

At the Databricks Data+AI Summit, held in San Francisco, USA, from June 10 to 12, Databricks announced that it is contributing the technology behind Delta Live Tables (DLT) to the Apache Spark project, where it will be called Spark Declarative Pipelines.
