Event Description
We'll meet and talk about Java in general this meeting, unless someone comes up with a specific presentation. What's new in Java? What's new for you? We can talk about any aspect of Java you'd like, from J2SE to JEE, from web apps to client server. We'll also talk about the Codetown Contest #2 and a winner will be announced! Cloudflare has moved a post-quantum rebuild of GeoKey Manager into closed beta, guarding geo-fenced keys with hybrid ML-KEM-768 and X25519 instead of the attribute-based encryption used since 2022. Keys live only in kernel memory on verified regional servers, and any failed check rejects the request, a fail-closed choice practitioners ask could cause a regional outage.
