Check tham out and decide for yourself whether you want to use Spring and Boot to begin your new app.
Ken pointed out that there are lots of tutorials at the www.gopivotal.com website that you can read in an average of about 15 minutes each. They're designed to be small bites that you can go over at lunch.
Thanks, Ken!
