At O'Reilly, they believe that true innovation depends on hearing from, and listening to, people with a variety of perspectives. They want their conferences, and the technology communities and companies who participate in them, to include, encourage, and recognize people of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, religions, sexual orientation, and military service.
To help break down the barriers that prevent underrepresented groups from participating in O’Reilly conferences, they're offering scholarships to members of underrepresented groups in the technical community.
