BIG DATA ONLINE TRAINING

 

The objective of trainings, developed by Dan McClary, the product manager of “Oracle Academy Big Data Science Bootcamps”, Oracle Big Data and Hadoop, is to teach the basics and concepts of data science. The content is composed of 16 online training videos, sample codes, real world data sets, and sample problems to teach how Big Data is used to solve real problems.

 

Implementation environment of this training is provided by Oracle BigData Lite Virtual Machine, which is an integrated software and ready-to-use for new users of Oracle Big Data platform.

 

To benefit from this resource students simply need to complete below steps:

 

Register now and become an Oracle Academy Individual member
Click the “Individual members join here” button below
  1. 1.       Create an Oracle Single Sign-on account (or sign into existing account).
  2. 2.       Select Register for Individual Membership.
  3. 3.       Search for and select your institution.*
  4. 4.       Enter your contact information and accept the Oracle Academy Individual Membership legal agreement.**
  5. 5.       Once your application is processed, you will be notified by email to sign into the Oracle Academy member website and access your benefits.
  6. 6.       Start enjoying your benefits!
