Codetown ::: a software developer's community
Hey, folks!
The SunJUG is having a meeting 12/11 in Sarasota. Chris Schaefer is the organizer! If you don't know Chris, he just gave a presentation on Spring Batch here last month. This will be a beer and socializing meeting, no agenda. It occurred to me that it may be fun to drive to Sarasota. If you're interested, maybe we can organize rideshare here using the comments to this discussion.
Here's the SunJUG announcement:

By Anthony AlfordPatterns can help us to understand how things work and how cultures develop. The game in an organisational system is about recognizing patterns and anti-patterns. According to Tiani Jones, leaders should work on the system rather than in the system and create the conditions for the development and sustainment of good patterns in software organisations.
