Presentations at the two-day Multicore Developers Conference will provide a thorough approach to designing and programming embedded multicore solutions. The Multicore DevCon will consist of executive and technical tracks covering various aspects of applying multicore technologies. Areas of coverage include, but are not limited to:
Multicore and multiprocessing technologies have become synonymous with the embedded industry – with the majority of high-performance applications containing one or more multicore devices. Throughout the past decade, many silicon manufacturers, tool vendors, and operating system/middleware suppliers have created many products to support the development and integration of multicore devices. But nothing in this industry stands still, and devices (and the applications that contain them) become more capable and complex, requiring newer tools and more creative support mechanisms. The MULTICORE DEVELOPERS CONFERENCE is geared to help system and chip designers understand and tackle the challenges of multicore implementations by bringing together the industry’s top experts in this rapidly growing field.
Submit a proposal. All submissions must be original, not publishContact Clair Bright for more information.

Hugging Face has released the first candidate for Transformers v5, marking a significant evolution from v4 five years ago. The library has grown from a specialized model toolkit to a critical resource in AI development, achieving over three million installations daily and more than 1.2 billion total installs.

Lyft has rearchitected its machine learning platform LyftLearn into a hybrid system, moving offline workloads to AWS SageMaker while retaining Kubernetes for online model serving. Its decision to choose managed services where operational complexity was highest, while maintaining custom infrastructure where control mattered most, offers a pragmatic alternative to unified platform strategies.

Autonomous AI agents amplify productivity but can cause severe damage without safeguards. Defend the ReAct loop—context, reasoning, and tools—through provenance gates, planner-critic separation, scoped credentials, sandboxed code, and STRIDE/MAESTRO threat modeling. With robust logging, bounded autonomy, and red-teaming, agents can deliver trustworthy productivity while minimizing risk.
