Event Description

The GR8 Conference is an affordable two-day conference taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on May 18th and 19th 2009, organized by Javagruppen (Danish JUG) and SpringSource, dedicated to the Groovy dynamic language, the Grails web framework, the Griffon Swing framework, and other great technologies — hence the pun and code name GR8.

Spring Framework 6.2 and Spring Boot 3.4 Improve Containers, Actuators Ahead of New 2025 Generations

VMware released Spring Framework 6.2 and Spring Boot 3.4, keeping the Java 17 and Jakarta EE 9 baselines. Spring Boot 3.4 has structured logging, adds container images to Docker Compose and Testcontainers, and improves container building and actuators.
