Event Description

The Flex Jam is "An Exploration of Flex & AIR Programming". It's a MindView event. There's an book you may want to check out in advance of the Jam - it's called "First Steps in Flex". And, there's a group here at Codetown dedicated to Flex called The Flex Loft. What's a Jam? A software jam is a lab-based workshop experience, where you can:

* Have space and time to focus on learning.

* Decide whether you want to work on your own projects or the supplied programming exercises.

* Work alone or in a group.

* Set your own pace, so that you can "go deep" in areas that are important to you.

* Get guidance from an instructor, as needed.

This is going to be a cool event. Check it out at the Mindview website.
