I'm looking into best practices for design-time governance of services. Does anyone have any links or whitepapers they can suggest? Thank you!

    One of the design patterns I'm looking into is SCA (Service Component Architecture). I think the ability to swap out the implementation (whether its in Java or COBOL) but maintain the business interface is very appealing. This especially will come in handy for multiservice applications.
