DESCRIPTION:This event is now full!\n\n Java programmers speak in hush
 ed whispers about some mythical conference in the Mediterranean.  Is 
 it real?  Is it truly the best Java conference in the world, as claim
 ed here, here and here?  Who gets in?\n  \nIn 2017:\n\nWe're ch
 anging the upper limit to 250, for only one year.\nInstead of invitati
 on-only, all that pass our basic criteria can come.\nSeats allocated o
 n a first-come-first-served basis.\n\nIt will be crazy.  Chaotic.  D
 angerous.  Fun.  Greece will pass new geek-containment laws.\nHere i
 s how you can qualify:\n\nJava Champion? – you’re in\nAuthor of Ja
 va book w/ at least 5000 copies sold? – you’re in\nSpeaker at five
  major Java conferences? – you’re in\nJava programmer w/ at least 
 6 years industry experience? – you’re in\nFemale Java programmer w
 / at least 2 years industry experience? – you’re in\nPersonal invi
 te by a conference “disorganizer”? – you’re in\nAnyone else �

 n Sunday the 16th of July 2017 at 8pm at the Orthodox Academy of Cre
 te and ends on Friday the 21st of July after lunch.  JCrete4Kids is
  on the 22nd and 23rd of July in Chania and Heraklion.\nJCrete® is 
 completely funded by its attendees.  We each pay €110 directly to t
 he Orthodox Academy of Crete for using their facilities. \n\n\nPlease
