 th developers, architects, or C-level executives to increase WSO2 tech
 nology adoption, improve the middleware platform, and maximize custome
 r value. \nPreviously, Chris led research team at Burton Group and Ga
 rtner advising Fortune 500 enterprise organizations and technology inf
 rastructure vendors on adoption strategies, architecture, product sele
 ction, governance, and organizational alignment. The team advanced bes
 t practices in Platform as a Service, Cloud Application Architecture P
 atterns, Service Oriented Architecture, and application middleware. \
 nPrior to joining Gartner, Haddad’s experience includes building sof
 tware development teams, creating infrastructure frameworks, establish
 ing repeatable development methodologies, contributing to open source 
 frameworks, hiring and mentoring development talent, and delivering So
