 tion is on the wiki and there is no registration fee.\n\nDevCamp is an
  un-conference by the hackers*, for the hackers and of\nthe hackers. I
 t's a species of BarCamp where anything a lover of\ncomputers and tech
 nology would consider important or entertaining\ngoes. The first DevCa
 mp took place a little over two years ago, and\nwe've always had a lot
  of fun being a part of this event; we're hoping\nto keep that trend g
 oing with DCB3.\n\nIf you're planning to do a session at DCB3, do keep
  in mind the fact\nthat everyone at DevCamp is a hacker, a pro. Please
  assume a high\nlevel of exposure and knowledge on the part of your au
 dience, and\ntailor your sessions accordingly. Avoid 'Hello World' and
