DESCRIPTION:Please note, this month's meeting is not at Devry!\n\nJoin
  us at the OrlandoJUG May 27th for a presentation on Gradle, the new b
 uild tool that does far more than Ant and Maven, but is much more powe
 rful and easier. Jim Moore will give the presentation.\n\nAbstract:\nB
 uilding on last month's talk about Git, this session will show about t
 he evolution of build-management tool support. We'll briefly look at t
 he \"old school\" tools that developers in the Java community are usua
 lly familiar with, particularly Ant and Maven. Then we'll see what the
  current generation of build-management lets you do.\n\nGradle is a po
 werful open-source implementation of this class of tool, but one of th
 eir most important points of this talk is to change and expand how we 
 think about how build, configuration management, deployment, etc. shou
 ld work. (Note: This will be primarily a demo-driven talk.)\n\nSpeaker
  Bio:\nJim Moore is the Executive Director of Platform Engineering at 
 Canoe Ventures. He has many years of experience with delivering soluti
 ons at all layers of the software stack, from code-monkey to tech-lead
  to consultant to executive management (and still tries to be a code-m
 onkey when possible). He's repeatedly learned the value of tools that 
 support developers, instead of trying to make developers conform to th
