Hello Juggies! Potential 7/31 talk:
We have a very talented guest in town for www.j4k.io. He’s offered to give a talk on 7/31. If there’s sufficient interest (at least 10 Juggies :), I’ll try to get a last minute room and arrange it.
Please let me know your interest and which topic appeals most by replying to this discussion.
These talks are available:
Ready topics:
* GraphQL and Java
* The Brave new world of Serverless Java
* Java based Notebooks with Apache Zeppelin and Apache Spark
Speaker—Pratik Patel
Java Champion and Developer advocate at IBM
Pratik Patel is a developer advocate at IBM. He wrote the first book on 'enterprise Java' in 1996, "Java Database Programming with JDBC." He has also spoken at various conferences and participates in several local tech groups and startup groups. He hacks Java, iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Clojure, Rails, and ..... well everything except Perl. He is a co-organizer of Atlanta JUG and program chair for Devnexus conference.
Also, as mentioned before, I have a few free passes remaining to this awesome conference, www.j4k.io.
Use code “J4KREG” for a free admission! I’ll be there and it looks very, very good!
